These costs are based on local service companies experienced in: spill clean ups, valve changes, fire tube repair and replacement, vacuum and steam truck companies as well as input from local oil company representatives. There are numerous cost saving advantages to incorporating the patented ENVIRO VAULT™ secondary containment system into your tank design.

• One stop on an Enviro Vault equipped location on a cold winter day will provide all the evidence required to see that it is, in fact, a necessary and vital tool for today's oil industry. Current user estimates of a payout on the Enviro Vault are between one and two years. Over the course of the tank's total service life, the Enviro Vault and the tank itself are paid for. Enviro Vault installations in Produced Water tanks for the natural gas industry have also proven highly effective. Installion of a catalytic heater in the Enviro Vault is an extremely efficient method of heating the tank contents, with the added benefit of keeping all valves warm.

• Enviro Vaults can be installed into new tanks or retrofit into existing tanks. It is up to the end user as to what Enviro Vault size or shape they want, or what equipment they want installed inside the Enviro Vault, (valves, sample taps, electronic level controls, heater, etc.)

• Operator safety, heated valves, accurate samples year round, contained mess, easy clean out, no insulating, all in a lockable area preventing theft and vandalism are a part of that tank for its lifetime. The Enviro Vault is flush mounted and doesn't affect tank cradle positioning. If the tank is to be relocated, simply load and go, no additional cost to move field installed add-on's.
