January 2012
2010 was a record year for Enviro Vault Canada Ltd, only to be outdone in 2011 by more than 60%. With nearly 3800 Enviro Vaults sold in 2011 alone, there are now in excess of 21,000 Enviro Vault
equipped tanks across North America. Our focus is on continually upgrading above ground storage tank design and function, with the intended goal of offering equipment that is safer for both
personnel and the environment while offering a variety of cost savings to producers.
Enviro Vault continues to expand the application for the “internal tank chamber concept”. While our original Enviro Vault was designed specifically to address environmental concerns posed by
leaking valves and piping as well as the high service costs associated with spill cleanup and frozen valves, our new tank designs go much further. Since 2009 Enviro Vault has created 4 additional
tank designs; the FloVault®, ThermoVault®, DuoVault® and ScrubberVault™.

DuoVault® enables producers to meet stringent regulatory requirements while maintaining maximum portability of their above ground storage tanks by eliminating the need for secondary containment dikes. DuoVault is ERCB accepted without a dike in Alberta.

FloVault® offers a separator/metering package built right into the tank, offering a smaller footprint on the lease and a single heater for freeze protection of tank and Enviro Vault contents.

ThermoVault® utilizes catalytic heaters to offer a safe and effective alternative to conventional firetube/burner systems for raising and maintaining tank temperature.

ScrubberVault™ incorporates a tank vent gas scrubbing system inside the Enviro Vault that ensures effective year round operation, resolving the major issue with existing scrubber systems installed externally and tied together with lines that often freeze.
Plans for 2012 include increased expansion into the US, exploring the creation of a line of Enviro Vault equipped rental tanks, and taking steps that will enable us to make a full line of competitively priced Enviro Vault products more readily available to our growing customer base.
